New Online Certificate Archive Simplifies Your Audit Trail

Customers with an Anachem Pipette Service Agreement can now get direct access to their full pipette service history through the new Online Certificate Archive system.

Now you no longer have to trawl through files of paper certificates to check your pipette’s calibration history and you can impress your auditor with immediate, easy access to all your validation and calibration certificates.

With this personalised tool you can now track the full calibration history of all your Anachem serviced pipettes, at the click of a button. Especially useful for auditing purposes, the online certificate archiving system gives you quick, easy and totally secure access to your pipette certificates, whenever you want.

Searching for your documentation couldn’t be simpler, even if you need to find multiple certificates. Once you have registered and been assigned access, the versatile system gives you multiple search options. Retrieve your data by defining the pipette’s serial number, your own customer reference ID, the certificate number or by pass or fail status. This can be really useful as you can then easily identify any pipettes that failed their specification checks and implement remedial actions.

Once your organisation has approved the request you will be ready to start. To begin tracking your service history all you need to do is login to the Anachem website; select the ‘Pipette Service Certificates’ link from the 'My Account' area and start searching.
