KeyZyme lambda EcoR1 and Hind III Marker 100 apps

Serves as molecular weight standard for electrophoresis for agarose gels. Suitable for the sizing of double-stranded DNA fragments. The lambda DNA is completely digested with EcoRI and HindIII and yields 12 fragments whose sizes are as follows:

The ladder is stored at a concentration 0.1µg/µl in a buffer of 10mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.0) and 1mM EDTA.
