I looked at Anachem's Taq Mastermix because of the cost savings and its ease of use. I used the Taq Mastermix for colony screening and found it to be very efficient. Not only are the bands clear but, in my case, there are hardly any false positives.

10X KeyZyme Buffer A (without MgCl₂) : 500Mm KCl, 100mM Tris-HCl (pH 9.1 at 20°C) and 0.1% Triton™ X-100. The buffer is optimised for use with 0.1-0.2mM of each dNTP.
