The formulation for Complete Supplement Mixture (CSM) has been time tested as a dropout supplement for virtually all strains of S. cerevisiae. Cells grow vigously in CSM supplemented medium which is easily made by adding a small quantity of the CSM powder to DOB or DOBA base medium and autoclaving.
This is CSM quadruple dropout fromulation without histidine, leucine, tryptophan or uracil. 100g of powder.
