100g CSM Leucine Single Dropout Formulation Powder with 40mg/L Adenine
The formulation for Complete Supplement Mixture (CSM) has been time tested as a dropout supplement for virtually all strains of S. cerevisiae. Cells grow vigously in CSM supplemented medium which is easily made by adding a small quantity of the CSM powder to DOB or DOBA base medium and autoclaving.
This is a single drop out formulation without Leucine, in a 100g powder format.
