Yeast Cell Lysis Kit. 100 Preps. This kit allows the G/NOME DNA isolation kit to be used for extraction of yeast DNA. The yeast cell wall is digested by an enzyme, resulting in partial spheroplast formation. This can then be lysed by the cell lysis solution in the G/NOME DNA isolation kit.
