The New Anachem PD-Tips with tip size encoding are ideal for Eppendorf® Multipette® 4780/Repeater™, EDOS® 5221 and other compatible repeating pipette systems. The extended piston design effectively minimising dead volume and improving reagent utilisation. The size of Anachem PD tips is encoded in their piston so they can be recognised by electronic repeating pipettes with this function. Once the tip has been inserting the size is automatically recognised and displayed, making it easy to select the volume to be dispensed. When a new PD-Tip of the same size is inserted, all instrument settings are maintained.
