Our Quality Policy

The fundamental policy of Anachem Ltd is to provide products and services that are safe, reliable and environmentally responsible. This ensures all of our products and services meet or exceed the standards expected by our customers.

The adoption and independent assessment of this Quality Management System will assist in meeting this goal.

This Quality policy and management system is a key part of Anachem Ltd overall strategy, is reviewed on a regular basis by the Executive Management team and communicated to all employees.

The Quality objectives set are measurable and are designed to enable Anachem Ltd to compete successfully in the UK marketplace. We will continuously improve our performance to achieve our objectives to allow us to provide the best possible levels of customer satisfaction. We will provide training, standards, equipment and support to ensure compliance with this policy.

The Quality management system assigns responsibilities and sets out the procedures for controlling the processes that affect product and service quality. All procedures used within Anachem Ltd will provide for compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and to ISO 17025:2005 for UKAS accredited calibration work.

The implementation and supervision of the Company Quality Management System is the responsibility of the SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment and Quality) Manager who acts with the full authority of the General Manager in quality related issues.

The requirements stated in the Quality management systems and in the associated procedures are mandatory and may not be varied or altered in any way except by official amendment.
